Return

At Little Drip, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible with all tags attached
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  • Proof of purchase

Please note:
Due to hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Products altered after delivery
  • Personal-use items where hygiene considerations apply
  • Clearance or promotional items where stated

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability). Please email us at info@littledrip.store within 14 days of delivery.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@littledrip.store

Please include your order number and reason for the return.
